Welcome to Healthy Holic NYC. I'm Daniela, co-founder of this family-owned company alongside my husband, Jose.

Our journey began in the Bronx eight years ago, and today we proudly serve our community with multiple locations offering convenient premade meals in NYC and Westchester for busy lifestyles.

Healthy Holic was inspired by a personal struggle. After moving to New York from Mexico, I found myself gaining weight rapidly. As a busy working mom, I often relied on quick but unhealthy food options.

Everything changed when my husband purchased a supplement store near a gym. That environment inspired us to start experimenting with healthier cooking and balanced nutrition. Soon we realized that many people faced the same challenge: wanting to eat healthy but not having the time to cook or meal prep.

A Personal Transformation

Healthy Holic NYC started from a very personal experience.
